Let the visitor communicate naturally, let the operator think naturally, and make AI responsible for the translation layer between them.
Do not hide the original message
When a visitor writes in Hindi, Arabic, Spanish or another language, the original message should remain part of the conversation record. Beaco adds an English translation the dashboard operator can open when needed.
This preserves what the visitor actually wrote while making the thread understandable to an English-reading operator.
Operators should not need perfect English
An operator may type broken English, Roman Urdu or another familiar form. Before sending, AI can turn the intended meaning into a clear professional English version. The important safeguard is that it must not invent a price, promise, date or policy that the operator never provided.
AI improves expression; the human still owns the decision.
Reply in the visitor’s language
After the operator approves the meaning, Beaco can translate the final response into the language the visitor is using. The operator sees what is being communicated while the visitor receives a natural reply.
This makes language an interface problem rather than a staffing barrier.
Translation is context, not a party trick
The most useful translation system understands the surrounding business conversation. Product names, prices and policies should stay grounded in workspace knowledge instead of being freely rewritten.
Accuracy matters more than sounding clever.
