Dashboard session cookies
Beaco uses a server-side session cookie for authenticated areas and security functions such as CSRF protection. The cookie is configured as HTTP-only and SameSite, and is marked secure when the site is served over HTTPS.
Widget browser storage
The website widget may use browser local storage to remember a pseudonymous visitor token, display name when provided, preferred language and related state needed to reopen an existing conversation or provide conversation history where the plan supports it.
This storage supports continuity; it is not presented as advertising tracking.
Third-party processing
Some product features may use infrastructure or AI providers to perform requested functions such as AI responses, translation, transcription or email delivery. Those services can have their own technical storage and processing behavior.
Browser controls
You can clear site cookies and local storage through your browser. Doing so may sign you out, remove remembered widget identity on that browser, or cause a visitor conversation to appear as a new session.
