Use Beaco to automate responsibly — not to outsource accountability.

These product terms describe the practical rules for using Beaco. They are written to match the current platform behavior and should be reviewed before production use.

Lawful and authorized use

You may use Beaco only for lawful business purposes and only with data, websites and systems you are authorized to connect or process. You may not use the service to facilitate fraud, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, abuse, malicious access, spam or other activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

AI output needs appropriate oversight

Beaco is designed to ground responses in business knowledge and to avoid inventing unsupported facts, but AI-generated output can still be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing how the system is configured and for deciding what level of automation is appropriate for your business.

High-impact matters such as unusual refunds, contracts, legal commitments, exceptional pricing or other decisions requiring judgment should retain an appropriate human escalation path.

Your content and visitor data

You are responsible for having the right to provide website content, documents, instructions and visitor information to Beaco. You are also responsible for your own customer notices and consent obligations. Do not provide credentials, highly sensitive secrets or data you are not authorized to process.

Plans and product limits

Features can vary by plan. The Free plan does not include daughter/operator team accounts. Pro currently supports up to two Gmail-based daughter/operator accounts and includes the advanced Business Brain features described on the Pricing page. Pricing and future feature packaging may change as the service evolves.

Availability and change

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Website crawling depends on accessible public pages and can be affected by robots rules, authentication, anti-bot systems, network errors or site technology. No claim of 100% crawl coverage or uninterrupted service is made.

Account safety

Keep your credentials confidential and notify the platform team if you believe an account has been compromised. Workspace owners are responsible for accounts they invite to their team.
